• Question: i want to be a vet when i am older, what does it entail?

      Wow! That’s a really good career option and it’s great that you have already decided what you want to be. It is a well paid job. You have first complete a bachelors degree program and then earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Once you obtain licence to practice you can gain experience for few years by working and then later you can apply for becoming certified in a specialty and join a professional association.

      There are different types of vet’s. Most people know about vets that look after our pets, but they are also involved in farming, meat production and development of new medicines for animals, and lots of other areas.
