• Question: Is it possible to work with numbers (in maths) in the science industry? If so, what are the jobs and what are the qualifications needed?

Yes, that is pretty much what I do! In scientific research and industry there is quite a lot of data that needs analysed. For example when an experiment is carried out, the results need to be looked at and we need to work out what it means. Statistics also is very popular, when we use maths to predict whether something will happen. Pretty much all areas of science industry and research use maths in some way.

Definitely. Not just possible, essential. Without maths you dont know what your results mean, or how to construct any experiment to get results in the first place.
Modern Statistics were pretty much developed for soil and agriculture trials at Rothamstead

If you want to go further with science education and/or work, maths is always going to help.
