  If I could I would change it so that scientists no longer used so many big words. I have to read a lot of articles about other people’s research and it can get quite confusing if you have to check what lots of words mean

  I would like to have a bigger team – I love working with people, sharing ideas and having debates and learning new things! My team right now is very small and there isn’t really anyone else here in my department at my level doing the things I am doing, so when I want to share my excitement I have to go online or go to a conference. I would love to have a team of other people working in a similar area to me that I could bounce ideas off of all day long!
